The plaques, which go on the back of your seat, are professionally designed, featuring the club badge and shirt along with the season ticket holder's name and seat number....all for just £20!

Ordering your plaque couldn't be simpler. Just download the Order Form, print it out, fill it in and take it to either The Football Shop in Walsall Town Centre or The Banks's Stadium.
