THE DYNAMIC and assured midfield man scooped the 2006/07 Young Player of the Year award after skippering the youth team to League and Midland Youth Cup success.
The Birmingham-born youngster also contributed greatly to an impressive campaign for the reserve team with some intelligent displays in the engine room of the side.
Having been awarded his first professional deal in May 2007, he is sure to benefit greatly from working even more closely with the experienced members of the first-team squad and is an exciting talent.
