WALES' Under-21's go head-to-head with England's Under-21's later this week and one current Saddler is hoping to earn the bragging rights over two of his former team-mates.

Mark Bradley will be a part of the young Dragons' side that play host to their England counter-parts at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground this coming Thursday, 15th May (kick-off 7.30pm).

Amongst those named in Stuart Pearce's Young Lions squad for the friendly are Scott Dann and Daniel Fox. Bradley is looking forward to meeting up with the pair and has already had a bit of friendly banter with them.

"I spoke to Scotty and Danny recently and we all gave each other a bit of stick!" he joked. "I'm really looking forward to the game and it would be great if all three of us played. "We're all still good friends, so it will be good to play against them. I just hope I'm selected now."

England Under-21 boss Pearce has hinted that Fox and Dann will feature in the friendly.

"Danny Fox did well last time out and Scott Dann has done well in training, and has to try and push his way through now," Pearce told the FA.Com. "For me, it's the right squad, and the right balance of squad, for this type of game."

With that in mind, Bradley is hoping to impress during this week's training camp in the hope of earning another cap for his country.

"Of course I want to play and I'll be working hard during the training camp to get a start and be in the manager's thoughts. Wales versus England is always a great occasion at whatever level and I want to be part of it. "

You only have to look at the rest of the England squad to see how many quality players will be on show. It will be a great test for me, going up against top players like Gabriel Agbonlahor and Theo Walcott.

"It will be tough game but hopefully I can get some time on the pitch and give a good account of myself."
