IT WILL be a day of firsts at the Galpharm Stadium on Saturday as caretaker-boss, Jimmy Mullen oversees his first Saddlers' game, whilst in the home dug-out will be Stan Ternent who will be taking charge of Huddersfield Town for the first time following his appointment on Thursday.

Both men have vast experience in the game and are former Burnley managers. "Stan Ternent will have an instant impact on the Huddersfield players," said Mullen. "I know him and his assistant, Ronnie Jepson well and the way that they prepare their teams.

"They have a real presence and it will be a very tough game for us, one where pride is at stake.

"We will be going there determined to get back into winning ways."
