MONEY REFLECTS
SADDLERS' boss, Richard Money was an unhappy man as he saw his side slip to a second home defeat in a row at the hands of AFC Bournemouth. "It was an unacceptable performance," he said. "The players have let themselves and the supporters down.
"I have been extremely proud of what we have achieved over the past two years, but the lads looked mentally and physically drained today.
"We must not forget what a wonderful season it has been. We've pushed a young group to the limit and have 63 points on the board with two games still to play. We would have taken that at the start of the season.
"I'm not going to let anything stop me from being proud of what we have achieved, but I want to make sure that we can end the season on a positive note in these last two games."
Troy Deeney limped out of the action during the first half with a calf injury.
