SADDLERS' boss, Richard Money has reflected upon our 1-1 draw with Crewe Alexandra. "It was important that we came off the pitch with something," he said. "You tend to get spells in the season where things just don't seem to drop for you and we are in one of those spells now.

"The key is to keep fighting and working hard until your luck turns, which it will.

"I thought that we played pretty well, particularly in the first half, but Crewe always looked a threat and we conceded a poor goal.

"We came off the pitch in a positive frame of mind at the end. It is important that we don't look too far ahead and just keep picking up points to stay in contention and see where it takes us.

"The long-term future of this club is in safe hands. It's already been a wonderful season and with seven games to go we are still very much still in the hunt.

"We have a promising group of young players here and I am looking forward to working with them in this next period of the season."
