OUR 'Bostin' Black Country Fun Day takes place here at the Banks's Stadium this coming Saturday, September 22nd as we play host to Oldham Athletic.

A whole-host of themed events will take place during the build-up to the game with a number of high-profile organisations joining in the fun and to encourage as many families and youngsters as possible, the club are offering an adult and up to two junior tickets for just £10!

Beacon Radio will entertain the crowds with live music and a vast array of competitions whilst the Black Country Living Museum will also be on hand to add a real local theme with their own roadshow and costume characters.

The Black Country Living Museum are also giving away ten pairs of tickets to the Museum in our matchday programme for that day as well as offering a VIP trip as a half-time prize!

The EA Hub, a state-of-the-art exhibition truck featuring all the latest games consoles such as the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 3, will also be on site alongside face-painters and clowns to add to the fun!

Traditional Black Country delicacies such as faggots & peas and Banks's steak & ale pies will also be on offer in the hospitality areas.  

The Fun Day kicks-off at 12.30pm and will run until The Saddlers kick-off at 3.00pm.

Throughout the afternoon there will be a number of prize giveaways in what club officials describe as our 'biggest and boldest fun day yet'.

"Our Fun Days play a big part in what we are trying to achieve," explained Saddlers' Chief Executive, Roy Whalley. "We held a number of events last season and each one was a real success.

"The 'Bostin' Black Country Fun Day promises to be our biggest and boldest yet with a wide-range of activities and entertainment.
